This General Membership Agreement between You (Member, User or Advertiser) and Tier1Ads.com sets out the terms of your membership.

1. Members/Users Terms

1.2. If your account is closed due to inactivity, you can contact us, and we will activate it.
1.3. Users using false information when registering will have their account suspended.
1.4. Any attempted use of VPN and/or Proxy methods to connect to our services will result in automatic suspension of the account. There are no exceptions to this process.
1.5. You can only have one account per household. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account.
1.6. Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third-party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert, or circumvent or defraud Tier1Ads.com, your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Legal action may also be initiated.
1.7. Anti-cheat Policy. Each attempt, in any way, to use auto-click software, to log in to our system using 3rd party software, or to hack into the system are all logged. When you request a payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return.
1.8. Every hack attempt or abusing our system will result in account suspension permanently.
1.9. Having a username that we deem inappropriate may lead to the suspension of your account.
1.10. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.
2. Referral Terms
2.1. There is no limit to the number of members you can refer.
2.2. You may not refer other people in your household. Only one account, email, and I.P. per customer.
2.3. The system will deduct, depending on your membership, $0.03 - $0.05 for every expired rented referral.
3. Member's Commission and Payments Terms
3.1. You are not allowed to send your money to another person's payment processor account. Doing so will lead to an immediate suspension.
3.2. Minimum payout is only $5.00
3.3. Payments will be processed within 2 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday).
3.4. Once the withdrawal has been processed and payment has been made by Tier1Ads.com, we assume no further responsibility and cannot be held responsible for any issue caused by the payment processor companies.
3.5. If you withdraw bitcoin, please ensure that your bitcoin wallet provider accepts micropayments lower than $5.
3.6. Members may withdraw their earnings regardless of their membership type or country.
3.7. Ensure the payment processor account that you create is with a company which allows payments to your country.
3.8. We strictly make no refunds or reimbursements to account values after payments have been sent successfully. It is your responsibility to fill in your details correctly.
3.9. For security reasons, payment processor's email addresses used for withdrawal must be the same as payment processor's email addresses used for deposit. It is not valid if you deposit/withdraw to bitcoin.
3.10. For security reasons, Tier1Ads.com reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from a member.
3.11. Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum is a must before requesting your next cashout.
4. Payments to Tier1Ads.com
4.1. Payments made to Tier1Ads.com using any available payment processor's email addresses cannot be modified in any way to ensure the origin of your fund.
4.2. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension. All purchased items are not refundable.
5. Paid to Sign Up Offer's Terms
5.1. Members submitting fake or false info on Paid to Sign Up offers will result in the offer being denied and possible account suspension.
5.2. Advertisers found falsely denying valid member signups will result in forfeiture of advertising credits and possible account suspension.
5.3. Members that receive a large number of denied signups will have their accounts flagged and will not be able to participate in Paid to Sign Up.
6. Advertising Terms
6.1. The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
6.2. The website must not contain any frame breakers.
6.3. The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
6.4. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
6.5. The website must not have a popup/pop-under window.
7. Rights & Liabilities
7.1. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without warning or notice. If we decide to give notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we cannot disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.
7.2. Any accusation without proof, false representation, intimidation, threat, or disrespect against Tier1Ads.com and/or Tier1Ads.com staff/assistants, here or elsewhere, will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum and Chat, as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership, or other benefits.
7.3. You are not an employee of Tier1Ads.com and you are not an independent contractor for Tier1Ads.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. Either you or Tier1Ads.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
7.4. Tier1Ads.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Tier1Ads.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions, or terminate services at any time and without notice. Tier1Ads.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
7.5. Tier1Ads.com reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without notice. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by Tier1Ads.com members; it's your job to review the terms regularly.
7.6. We cannot guarantee the site may or may not have exploits. Any user caught exploiting any area of Tier1Ads.com will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Legal action may also be initiated.
7.7. Tier1Ads.com reserves the right to modify, edit, delete, or rename your account at any time with or without notice.
7.8. Tier1Ads.com is copyright 2018-2023. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying, or copying Tier1Ads.com at all times. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of Tier1Ads.com and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the Tier1Ads.com name or any of the Tier1Ads.com trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
